Researchers have studied a variety of effective teaching strategies to be employed in English as Second Language reading classroom. The studies done on the Guided Reciprocal Peer Questioning (GRPQ) strategy been proven provide wide range benefits pupils’ performance ESL classrooms especially towards their comprehension skills. Nevertheless, most focused more usage GRPQ secondary and tertiary students. purpose this paper is information perception primary level pupils participants study are from school sub-urban area. There will 34 intermediate Year 5 involved study. researchers conduct mixed methods research investigate use Questionnaire, semi-structured interview observation note used data collection tools. findings hoped some insights promoting comprehension.
